Breakfast at the porridge stall and bought some snacks and soy bean milk to go along with the porridge. Received SMS from Ngee Ann this morning, releasing our result. I am the first one to received it; was a little shock:/
Not very satisfied with my result :( My friends they all started to stress already. The next one to receive the sms is Hazel. Her result is good! Congratulation! :D Finished our breakfast and went back to the hostel while the local students went to school.
The rest of them got their results too! All passed :D Congrats to Tan Si Hao for getting gpa of 4! Did not know how he do it :/
Took a nap before gathering for the trip at 1pm. Check and pack for the last time and off for the cruise! :D
Our luggage looks like we are leaving for 3 weeks instead of 3 days. Heavy.
Stop by and had our lunch. Yummy! :D
Up the bus and the journey to our destination is very long! It took around 4-5 hours! Slept in bus. Reached the port for boarding the cruise at around 8plus 9. Our cruise name is called The Golden Sun. Cool name. Half of the group was stuck outside the boarding entrance for quite some time and i think we cause blockage to those people who are boarding another cruise. Pushed, squeezed and pulled. They are horrendous! Took our motion pills before boarding.
Boarded after being stuck outside for some time. Paid 20 RMB as a deposite for the key to our rooms. I shared a room with Eline.
Went inside and WOW, the environment does not look as bad as what the previous batch had described. No rats was seen :D Though the toilet is a little small, but it is still quite alright.
Changed into comfortable clothes and explore a bit. Went to the top of the cruise where we can view the scenery. It was cold! Chat a little while and went back to our room.
Joke of the day is that Si Hao and Noor was locked inside their room, poor Fathullah, i think he just pass by to get something! Suay! :D
After which is sleeping time ! The bed is more comfy than the one in the hostel! Fell asleep immediately. Nights people !
In all, i think that not all China places or products that we think are that bad. But, i still have some bad impression on some of the people. No offence though. I think that some of them are unhygienic as they would spit whenever and wherever they want to, without taking any notice of anybody around them. They can spit on the road, into the sea, on any pathway. I just dislike the spitting sound as i feel disgusted :/ But in afterall, i am in China; this is not my Singapore that i'm living in. Moreover, it is such a big country, so i must learn and accept the way they life here. Its hard not to grow fat here :/
